10–12 Girls Doubles Tournament – Junior Tennis Week
It’s that time of year again—our annual Junior Tennis Week is here! The event kicks off on Monday, July 21st, and will continue throughout the week, with finals for the older age groups scheduled for Thursday or Friday, depending on the weather.
Please note: No guests are permitted to participate in Junior Tennis Week. However, regular lessons will still be running on the Sport Court throughout the week for those who do not wish to participate in the tournament, as well as for guests visiting during that time.
Our 10–12-year-old players will be participating in a full tournament during Junior Tennis Week, including Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. The focus of this event is to give players the chance to apply the skills they’ve learned this summer and enjoy friendly competition on the court.
The tournament will run daily from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Players must arrive ready to play each day for the full 90-minute block.
We will ensure that players are able to leave swim class early in order to make it to their scheduled tournament time.
This event is open only to players whose primary lesson group is the 10–12 Tennis Lesson. Players registered in the 13+ lesson group should enter the 13+ Tournament and may not play down.
Please note: While Junior Tennis Week includes Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles events, this registration is only for the 10–12 Girls Doubles category.
We will also need adult volunteers on each court to assist with scorekeeping, supporting players, and helping foster good sportsmanship. If you are interested in volunteering, please email me directly at Mattie.R.Haynes@gmail.com.
Registration deadline is Sunday, July 20th at 4:00 PM.
Our Tennis Pros need time to complete the draw, so anyone not registered by the deadline will not be eligible to participate in Junior Tennis Week.
When registering on Wild Apricot, please register under your child’s name — not your own. If needed, there is an option to edit your registration. Please take a moment to do so, as it is your child participating in the tournament.
There is a section during registration for doubles partners — please make sure this is filled out so we know who your child is playing with. Only one partner needs to register.

The Winners and Runners-Up of each category will be announced on Regatta Evening, starting at 6:30 PM.
